1 c. chopped dates
1 c. Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Cook until thick. Do not boil.

1 c. chopped pecans and spread over Ritz crackers

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

ICING:

1/4 c. butter, softened
1 (3 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. powdered sguar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together and add sugar and vanilla. Mix until thick and spread on cookies. Makes 60 to 70 cookies.
