ICE CREAM KOLACKY 
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 lb. butter
4 c. flour

Cut butter into flour with pastry blender. Add ice cream, which has been cut into chunks and mix until you have a firm dough and all the flour has been absorbed. Roll thin (1/16 inch) and cut with a cookie cutter (3 inch diameter). Place on cookie sheet and drop one teaspoon of "solo" cake and pastry fillings in the center. Bake in hot oven (400 degrees) for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool and dust with confectioners' sugar.
