MARSHMALLOW SWEET POTATO 
1/2 c. King (light) syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 can sweet potatoes
1 dozen large marshmallows

Boil syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon and white vinegar until thick. If necessary, add more syrup to thicken. Add sweet potato and continue to boil. Place in oven casserole with marshmallows on top and bake at 350 degrees until marshmallows are slightly browned.
