TAIL GATE CHICKEN 
1/2 c. low fat plain yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
4 chicken breasts or 1 (2 lb.) broiler
1 c. herb seasoned bread crumbs
Vegetable cooking spray

Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, poultry seasoning, paprika and pepper. Dip chicken in yogurt mixture, then dredge in bread crumbs. Place chicken in a baking dish that has been coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.
