TARTAR SAUCE 
3 sm. sweet pickles, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 green onion, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3 sprigs fresh parsley
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine pickles, onions, and parsley into food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice; pulse until desired consistency is reached. Makes 1 cup.
