HAZEL'S SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 c. sour cream
1 c. raisins
1 pie shell (unbaked)
3 egg whites
6 tbsp. sugar

Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt and slightly beaten egg yolks, then stir in sour cream and raisins. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or until set.

Top pie with meringue made with egg whites and sugar. Mound onto pie and bake until golden.
