4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 lg. jars carrot baby food
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until tested done. Frost with cream cheese frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 lb. 10X sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together.
