HONEY PECAN PIE 
6 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. honey
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Heat honey and sugar together to form a smooth syrup. Stir in butter and add beaten eggs, vanilla and pecans. Pour into pastry lined plate (9"). Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes, lower temperature to 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
