POOR MAN'S STEAK 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1 onion

Mix all ingredients the night before you plan to serve. Press dough in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares and roll in flour. Brown in small amount of hot oil. Put back in pan and cover with 1 can cream of mushroom and 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 cup milk. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours.
