1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus strawberry cake mix
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
2 1/2 tbsp. Wesson oil
4 eggs

Mix oranges, oil and eggs; beat these ingredients on low speed. Add cake mix and beat 2 to 3 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Use 3 (8 inch) cake pans. Grease pans with Pam.

ICING:

2 (10 oz.) pkg. sliced strawberries
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. Cool Whip

Let strawberries thaw; stir in instant pudding. Fold in Cool Whip lightly then top cooled cake.
