A DIFFERENT MACARONI AND CHEESE 
8 oz. pkg. macaroni, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. jar pimento, cut up
1 sm. green pepper, minced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cheese, grated
Ritz crackers
butter

Cook and drain macaroni. Add mayonnaise, pimento, onion, green pepper, soup and cheese. Mix all together. Sprinkle Ritz cracker crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
