MICROWAVE LASAGNA 
9 uncooked lasagna noodles (about 7 oz.)
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. Parmesan cheese
About 5 c. tomato-meat sauce

Spread 1 cup sauce over bottom of a 12x8x2 inch baking dish. Top with 3 noodles in a single layer, 1 cup Ricotta, 2/3 cup Mozzarella, 1/3 cup Parmesan and 1 1/2 cups sauce. Repeat with second layer.

Top with remaining noodles, then the sauce and Mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover tightly with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes. Rotate dish 1/2 turn. Reduce power to medium. Microwave 30 to 32 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn once, until noodles are tender. Shield corners of dish with foil if noodles begin to overcook. Let stand covered 5 to 10 minutes.

Makes 8 servings. Per serving: 467 calories, 28 g. pro, 31 g. car., 24 g fat, 93 mg. chol., 1, 380 mg. sod.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
