STEP I:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted

Mix the above well. The mixture will be stiff. Pour in 13"x9"x2" cake pan.

STEP II:

1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs

Beat these ingredients well and pour over the other mixture. Bake in a 325°F oven for 50 minutes.
