"CHUCK'S" HOMESTYLE SPAGHETTI | |
1 lb. ground chuck 1 (8 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes "whole" (so you can chop) 1 pkg. French's spaghetti mix 1 sm. onion 1 sm. bell pepper Dash of salt Pinch of pepper 1 pkg. spaghetti noodles 1. Brown ground chuck and drain. 2. Saute onion and pepper in a little butter and oil. 3. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper. Stir well and simmer, then add meat. 4. Cover and cook on low 2 hours. After 1 hour add 1/8 cup water. Stir occasionally. Serve over spaghetti noodles. Serves 4. |
