4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped with 1/2 ends
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. croutons
Fresh spinach, to serve 8-10
1 c. red cabbage, shredded
