CHARLES'S SMOOTHIE EGGNOG 
1 doz. eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. brandy
1 qt. milk
1 c. rum
1 qt. half & half
2 c. whipping cream, whipped

In mixing bowl beat eggs until thick and yellow; add sugar and beat again. Slowly add liquor to mix, beating all the time. Add milk and half & half. Chill. When ready to serve, fold whipped cream into mixture and sprinkle with nutmeg. Cheers!
