SALAD DRESSING 
3 slices bacon, diced
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Salt & pepper

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from fire. While bacon is frying beat eggs. Add milk, flour, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour into bacon. Return to fire. Stir constantly. Cook until thickened. For wilted lettuce, pour over hot. For crisper salad, cool before using.
