CHICKEN - DRESSING BAKE | |
1 (3 lb.) chicken 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn bread dressing or stuffing mix 1 stick butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. chicken broth Stew chicken and cool in broth. Bone and cut into bite-size pieces. Reserve broth. Melt butter and mix with dressing on bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with chicken pieces. Sprinkle with remaining dressing. This can be refrigerated and baked the next day. Just before serving, bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
