1 can Hungry Jack biscuits or any biscuit dough
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. shortening or butter
1 lb. leftover meat
4 hard boiled eggs or 1/2 lb. cooked lung
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions in butter. Chop meat, eggs (or lung) into small pieces. Combine all and season to taste. (May be put through meat grinder.) Roll each biscuit to about size of saucer. Fill with meat mixture. Shape into half-moon; crimp edges. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 400 degree oven 20 minutes until golden brown.
