RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. cut rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
Dash salt
2 tbsp. butter

Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, orange peel and salt. Fill in 9 inch pie crust. Dot with butter and adjust top crust. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
