MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
1 can cream style corn
1 lb. ground beef, brown in 3-4 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 onion, chopped, put in with ground beef
1/4 lb. cheese

Mix all together. Pour in greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
