IRISH CREAM 
3 lg. eggs, beaten
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1 c. Irish whiskey
1 pt. heavy whipping cream, beaten
1 tbsp. water

Dissolve instant coffee in water. In blender, mix all ingredients except cream. Beat whipping cream separately until thick not whipped. Add to blender and mix until blended. Use as you would Bailey's Irish Cream.
