1 yellow cake mix
1 butterscotch instant pudding mix
2 c. milk
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 pkg. butterscotch chips

Mix together except for chips. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chips over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
