FESTIVE WINE PUNCH | |
2 1/2 c. orange juice 1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 2 tbsp. grated lemon peel 1 qt. dry white wine 1 tbsp. honey 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 qts. ginger ale 6 whole cloves 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 2 trays ice Combine all ingredients except ice and ginger ale. Add 2 cups cold water. Refrigerate covered for 3 hours. Strain over ice cubes in bowl. Stir in ginger ale. Makes 20 (4 ounce) servings. |
