STRAWBERRY DELIGHT 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
4 eggs
1 box (1 lb.) powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 boxes vanilla wafers
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries

Cook milk, eggs and sugar over low heat until thick. Add vanilla and cool. Spread half of the crushed wafers in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour milk mixture over wafers and then layer with chopped pecans. Pour half of the whipped cream over pecans, layer the strawberries and other half whipped cream. Top with remainder of wafers. Cover and freeze. Remove from freezer 15-20 minutes before serving.
