SKILLET CHOPS AND POTATOES 
4 pork chops
2 onions, quartered
4 med. potatoes, quartered
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1/2 c. catsup or tomato sauce
1 c. wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Brown chops. Add quartered onions, potatoes. Mix wine and catsup. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook over low heat 35 to 50 minutes. Season to taste.
