"TANTE JONES'" CHOCOLATE
CHEESECAKE
 
1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
3 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
1 c. sugar
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 oz. bitter sweet chocolate
1/4 c. butter
Vanilla to taste
3 c. sour cream
Graham cracker crumbs, butter soaked

Mix cream cheese, eggs, and sugar. Beat until very smooth. Melt chocolates and butter and stir into cheese mixture. Add vanilla and sour cream. Pour into springform which is lined with crushed cracker crumbs soaked in butter. Bake at 325 degrees about 45 minutes. Cool out of oven and refrigerate. When thoroughly chilled, serve with whipped cream and shaved chocolate on top!
