SEAFOOD DIP 
1 lb. seafood (imitation crab), broken up
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sour cream (approximately)
1 jar hot pepper relish
1 jar seafood sauce

Blend cream cheese and sour cream to desired consistency. Add seafood and mix with fork. Put mixture in fancy dish. Combine seafood cocktail and pepper relish in another dish. Arrange crackers on tray. Dab a spoon of seafood on cracker and top with cocktail sauce.
