SAVORY SKILLET PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. oil
6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. Wish Bone Russian dressing
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch

In a large skillet, heat oil and brown pork chops; add onion, dressing, 1/4 cup water, lemon juice and salt. Simmer covered for 45 minutes or until chops are tender. Blend in cornstarch mixed with remaining water and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
