SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c. hot coffee
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
2 tbsp. fruit flavored brandy
3 tbsp. sugar

Combine chocolate and coffee, blend well until smooth. Add egg yolks and brandy; mix well. In another bowl, beat egg whites until double in volume. Gradually beat in the sugar. Fold into chocolate. Blend and spoon into parfait glasses. Serves 4 to 6.
