3 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 c. cold milk 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs 1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the milk at low speed with electric mixer until smooth. Add pudding and remaining milk. Beat until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes. Spoon 1/2 the pudding evenly into individual dishes; sprinkle with wafer crumbs. Cover with pie filling reserving a few cherries for garnish. Top with additional pudding. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with reserved cherries and wafer crumbs. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
