CORNBREAD SALAD 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 lg. bell pepper
3 green onions
1 lg. tomato
Radishes (opt.)

DRESSING:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. cucumber dressing
Salt & Pepper to taste

Bake cornbread according to directions on box. Crumble. Chop bell pepper, onions, tomato and radishes and add to cornbread. Mix dressing. Pour over cornbread mixture and toss. Best if chilled overnight.
