3 tbsp. butter
2 c. Grape-Nut flakes
1/2 c. Grape-Nut brand cereal
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Combine ingredients except ice cream and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool; divide in half and spread in 8 inch pan. Spread ice cream over and remaining cereal mixture. Freeze. Serves 9.
