ORANGE CONGEALED SALAD 
2 sm. orange Jello
1 sm. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 lg. (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
2 cans mandarin orange sections, drained
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. water

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups hot water. Add frozen orange juice. Mix small amount of this with cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add to Jello. Then add remaining ingredients. Blend and pour into a 12x12 or larger dish. Refrigerate until firm and add topping made with 1 package instant lemon pie filling mixed with 8 ounce package of Cool Whip.
