8 oz. sour cream
1 (9-10 oz.) carton frozen whipping cream
1 flat can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Mix ingredients in order listed. Let chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce leaf.
