PORCUPINE BALLS 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. rice
Little bit of chopped onion
Salt and pepper

Mix this together and make into balls. Open a one pound can of sauerkraut, wash off the sour juice and put most of it in bottom of pan. Put in balls and put some sauerkraut on top. Barely cover with water. This will be something like cabbage rolls with sauerkraut instead of sweet cabbage. You could put a little tomato on top if you wanted. Cook about 1 hour over medium heat in a covered pot.
