CHEESE AND PASTA IN A POT 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
8 oz. shell macaroni
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1/2 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Cook and drain ground beef. Add onions, garlic, tomato, spaghetti sauce and undrained mushrooms. Simmer until onions are soft. Cook shells, drain and rinse with cold water. Pour half of shells in casserole. Cover with half of sauce mixture. Spread on 1/2 of sour cream. Follow with provolone cheese.

Repeat layers ending with Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove cover and bake until cheese melts and browns. Serves 10 to 12.
