CARROT CAKE WITH PINEAPPLE | |
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 c. grated carrots 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 c. chopped nuts 2 c. flour Combine all ingredients and bake in a 9x13 pan or 2 (8 inch) round pans on 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Frost cake with cream cheese frosting. |
