1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 onion, chopped
10 oz. pkg. broccoli, chopped
8 oz. cottage cheese
3 to 4 eggs, mix well (beat)
1 stick butter
2 jalapeno peppers

Mix and cook at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
