1 box Duncan Hines Pineapple Cake
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 pkg. coconut
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple (lg.)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 c. milk

Cream the cheese in milk, add pudding. Mix until thick and spread over cooled cake. Add drained pineapple over cheese and pudding mix. Spread Cool Whip over that and then coconut. Refrigerate. Can be frozen. Use 9 x 13 inch pan.
