MERINGUE CANDY 
Combine:

2 whites of egg
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt

Beat until stiff peak forms.

Add:

3/4 c. sugar slowly

Mix in:

1 c. chocolate morsels

Drop on cookie sheet lined with brown paper. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.

Add food coloring to mixture for holiday candy.
