SPICY WALNUT-RAISIN PIE 
Pastry for 8-inch One-crust pie
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
3/4 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/3 c. raisins

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare pastry. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, corn syrup and butter with hand beater. Stir in walnuts and raisins. Pour into pastry-lined pie plate.

Bake until filling is set, 40 to 50 minutes. Serve warm or refrigerate.
