FISHERMEN'S CUTLETS 
2 lb. any white fish fillets
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Italian grated cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. oregano

Mix crumbs, cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Roll fish fillets in flour. Dip in beaten eggs, then roll in crumb mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
