1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Scoop into 4 balls.

1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1 tsp. cinnamon
Oil for deep frying
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Honey or chocolate topping

Combine corn flake crumbs and cinnamon. Mix well. Roll ice cream balls in mix until thick layer adheres. Freeze until hard. Heat oil to 360 degrees. Place whipped cream in bottom of 4 dishes. Dip ice cream balls in hot oil 1 or 2 seconds. Place balls on top of whip cream. Drizzle with honey or chocolate and serve immediately.
