HOT CRACKER DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lg. pkg. shredded (dried beef)
1/4 c. green pepper
2 tbsp. instant onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix thoroughly and top with chopped walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
