HOMEMADE PEACH ICE CREAM 
Dissolve 2 small boxes of peach Jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Set aside.

STEP 2:

In blender "puree" 1 large can of peaches less 1/2 cup of juice. Set aside.

STEP 3:

Beat 4 eggs until fluffy. Add and beat well: 1 tsp. vanilla 1 sm. can Pet milk 1 pt. HOT milk (DO NOT let milk boil) Dash of salt

Pour mixture into one gallon freezer can. Add Jello and peaches. Fill can with additional milk if needed. Since mixture is warm it will take longer to freeze than usual.
