SOUR CREAM CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. crushed croutons
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper

Place chicken in casserole, 2 quart size. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread sour cream over chicken. Spread croutons over sour cream. Slice butter into four pieces and place on croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
