LASAGNA 
TOMATO SAUCE:

1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 lb. ground chuck
1 can Italian tomatoes, drained
2 cans tomato paste
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper

1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 1/4 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. can Parmesan cheese

Saute onion, garlic, and parsley until onion is tender (five minutes).
