PIZZA SAUCE 
6 oz. can tomato paste
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. bay leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine. Spread dough with 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella or Scamorze cheese, cover with sauce and crumbled cooked sausage, or with drained sliced canned mushrooms, or anchovy fillets. Sprinkle with additional 3/4 cup shredded cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
