PEPPERMINT CANDY DESSERT | |
1/2 lb. marshmallows (32 or more lg. ones) 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. finely crushed peppermint stick candy 2 envs. Dream Whip or 2 c. whipping cream 3 c. vanilla wafers, crushed or rolled Cut marshmallows into small pieces with a wet pair of scissors. Mix with nuts and candy. Whip the cream and fold into this mixture. Spread half of the wafer crumbs on the bottom of a 9 x 12 inch pan; cover with the mixture and the rest of the crumbs. Refrigerate for 12 hours. |
